RE2020

Reducing the carbon impact of buildings, continuing to improve their energy performance and guaranteeing their coolness during hot summers: these are the main objectives of the RE2020, which will apply to new buildings from January 1, 2021.

Decree “Énergie Tertiaire”

Owners and operators of tertiary buildings of more than 1,000m² are required to register on the OPERAT platform. The objective is to build a real action plan with written commitments in order to obtain an annual rating certificate for buildings with the following objectives: 40% reduction in consumption by 2030, 50% by 2040 and 60% by 2050.

Mandatory audit

The “Climat & Resilience” law requires an energy audit for class F and G buildings. It will become mandatory in 2025 for class E and in 2034 for class D. Don’t wait any longer! Take the first steps, slowly but surely…
