The LOM regulation requires buildings for which the building permit was submitted between January 1, 2012 and January 1, 2017 to be pre-wired and to reserve electrical connection power in order to install charging stations.
- In urban areas with more than 50,000 inhabitants: 10% of parking spaces.
- In urban areas of less than 50,000 inhabitants: 5% of parking spaces.
